Ligature Reinforcing 200x300

Ligatures, also called stirrups, are made from round reinforcing bar, bent to shape to form squares and rectangles. They are mainly used to be tied to top and bottom of trench mesh or reinforcing bars to form a cage or column, which will enhance the compressive strength of concrete footings and beams.

Ligatures are tied using Tie Wire or Bag Tie Wire and fitted to Reinforcing Bar or Trench Mesh to form a rigid cage or column, making the whole foundation solid and reduce the cracking of the concrete beams surface.
