Description
Build stronger, longer-lasting concrete with our premium Standard Reinforcement Mesh, engineered to improve the strength, durability and crack resistance of concrete slabs. Manufactured from 500MPa D500L deformed reinforcing steel wire, each sheet is electrically resistance welded to create consistent square apertures that deliver superior concrete reinforcement across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Concrete is incredibly strong under compression but relatively weak under tension. Reinforcing mesh helps distribute loads evenly throughout the slab, reducing cracking caused by shrinkage, movement and everyday loading.
Using the correct reinforcement mesh can; increase concrete strength, reduce shrinkage cracking, improve load distribution, extend the lifespan of concrete slabs, improve structural performance and longevity, and minimise costly future repairs.
*Available in SL72, SL82 and SL72 Ute Mesh, our reinforcing mesh sheets are designed to suit projects of all sizes, from DIY concrete pours through to large commercial construction.

Ideal Applications:
Concrete Driveways
House Slabs

🔮ICR Pro Tip.
SL72 Reinforcement Mesh is the industry's most popular reinforcing mesh for residential concrete construction. One of the most common mistakes on site is placing reinforcing mesh directly on the ground before pouring concrete. Reinforcement only performs correctly when it's positioned within the slab using bar chairs, ensuring the steel sits in the correct location to provide maximum strength and crack control.
