NRG Washers

NRG Washers are used in the installation process of NRG Greenboard, they are used when applying the insulated wall cladding onto timber or metal substrates.

Standard fixings are 300mm vertically and 450mm horizontally, although depending on the stud spacings you may require 600mm horizontally.
NRG Washers will fix to Chipboard Screw 75mm, Chipboard Screw 100mm and Chipboard Screw 125mm - application for Screw sizes will vary based on foam depth.

Calculation Guide:
NRG Greenboard 1200 x 2480 = 3m²
- 450mm stud spacing requires approx. 36 NRG Washers and Chipboard Screws (12 p/m²)
- 600mm stud spacing requires approx. 24 NRG Washers and Chipboard Screws (8 p/m²)
