Duroseal Hybrid 50FC

Duroseal Hybrid 50FC is an advanced high-performance, fast-curing, moisture-cured sealant ideal for sealing construction joints and external gaps. Designed for lasting flexibility and UV resistance, it provides a durable, paintable finish that adheres strongly to most building surfaces without the need for priming.

Application & Coverage:
Apply using a standard caulking gun to clean, dry joints. For best results, use a closed-cell backer rod to control joint depth. Typical coverage from a 600ml sausage varies by joint width and depth (approx. 6–12m per tube). Tack-free in 30 minutes, fully cured in 7 days. Primer recommended for difficult or porous surfaces.
