Description

I Chem Crete Mate is a versatile multipurpose bonding and sealing agent designed to improve adhesion, workability and performance in cement-based construction applications. It can be used as a bonding bridge between old and new concrete, as an additive in cement mortars, renders and grouts, and as a sealer or primer for suitable substrates.

Product Specifications;
Product type: Multipurpose bonding and sealing agent
Coverage: Approximately 3.5m²/L undiluted; up to 35m²/L when diluted 1:4 with water.
Drying time: Approximately 30 minutes undiluted; allow diluted applications to dry for around 4 hours before applying subsequent coats, except when used as a bonding bridge.

🔮 ICR Pro Tip.
When used as a bonding bridge, the diluted Crete Mate must remain wet and tacky when the next coat is applied. Do not use it where the final floor finish is to be an oil-based paint or coating.
