Description
Timber Pegs are a practical and economical solution for securing concrete formwork during slab and pathway preparation. Designed to hold formwork boards firmly in position during concrete placement, these timber pegs help maintain straight, stable and accurately positioned edges throughout the pour.
Simply position the peg on the outside of the formwork and drive it into the ground, then secure the form board to the peg using suitable nails or screws. For easier screeding, the top of the peg can be cut flush with the top of the formwork.

🔮ICR Pro Tip.
Set your timber pegs at regular intervals along the outside of the formwork — around 1 metre apart is a useful starting point for many straightforward pours. Drive them firmly into the ground and secure the form board before checking your levels. For a cleaner screed, trim the peg tops flush with the formwork rather than leaving them proud of the board.
